Home My WebLink About20072023.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ESTABLISH PRECINCTS AND VOTE CENTERS FOR 2007 GENERAL ELECTION WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 1-5-101(1), C.R.S., and pursuant to the recommendation of Steve Moreno,Weld County Clerk and Recorder,the Board is required to establish precincts for the 2007 General Election, and WHEREAS, Mr. Moreno has presented to the Board a map of precincts in Weld County for the 2007 General Election, a copy of said map being attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A," and WHEREAS,pursuant to Section 1-5-102.7(1),C.R.S.,and pursuant to the recommendation of Steve Moreno, Weld County Clerk and Recorder, the Board may approve the establishment of vote centers in Weld County, and WHEREAS, Mr. Moreno has presented to the Board a list of vote centers in Weld County for the 2007 General Election, a copy of said list being attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit"B," and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to establish the precincts and vote centers in Weld County for the 2007 General Election, as indicated on the attached Exhibits "A" and "B." NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the precincts and polling places in Weld County for the 2007 General Election be, and hereby are, established as indicated on the attached Exhibits "A" and "B." 2007-2023 CR0024 RE: ESTABLISH PRECINCTS AND VOTE CENTERS FOR 2007 GENERAL ELECTION PAGE 2 The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of July, A.D., 2007.
