The following change is hereby made to the Contract Documents:
1. 3 locations for pavement design needed to implement road maintenance agreements.
Additional cost to complete added work.
$6,022 for pavement design at three separate locations
CHANGE TO CONTRACT PRICE:
Original Contract Price: $ 35,920
Current Contract Price adjusted by previous Change Order: $ 40,920
The Contract Price due to this Change Order will be increased by: $ 6,022
The new Contract Price, including this Change Order,will be$ 46,942
CHANGE TO CONTRACT TIME:
The Contract Time will be increased by 30 calendar days.
The date for completion of all Work will be November 15
