the Board of Equalization for the purpose of adjusting, equalizing, raising or lowering the
assessment and valuation of real and personal property within Weld County,fixed and made by the

WHEREAS,the petitioner(s)and the Weld County Assessor agree that the assessment and
valuation of the Weld County Assessor shall be, and hereby is, stipulated as follows:

hazards related thereto with regard to stray golf balls entering the Property. Said hazards are set
forth in more detail along with other hazards described in that certain Declaration of Golf Play
Covenants of April 18, 2003 that encumbers the Property, and is recorded at Reception No.
3053868, of the Weld County Records, and Grantee takes title subject thereto.
TOGETHER with all and singular hereditaments and appurtenances,thereunto belonging, or in anywise
