RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF BRAD LEAFGREN TO WELD/LARIMER REVOLVING
LOAN FUND COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld/Larimer Revolving Loan Fund
Committee, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Brad Leafgren be appointed to said committee,
to replace Thomas Baur, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Brad Leafgren to said committee,with
a term to expire December 31, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that Brad Leafgren be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld/Larimer Revolving
Loan Fund Committee, with a term to expire December 31, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D., 2007.
