RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DALE LYMAN TO UNIFORM BUILDING CODE BOARD
OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals,and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dale Lyman be appointed to said board as the
fire department representative, to replace Greg Thompson, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Dale Lyman to said board, with a term
to expire December 31, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dale Lyman be, and hereby is, appointed to the Uniform Building Code
Board of Appeals, with a term to expire December 31, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 3rd day of October, A.D., 2007.
