RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Phillip Tiffany be reassigned to said board from
the Fire Zone A representative,to the Fire Zone B representative,that James Burack be appointed
as the Police Zone 1 representative, to replace Tracey McCoy, and that Ronald Grannis be
appointed as the Police Zone 3 representative, to replace Troy Renken, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign Phillip Tiffany to said board with a
term to expire December 31, 2009, and to appoint James Burack and Ronald Grannis to said
board, with terms to expire December 31, 2008, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Phillip Tiffany be, and hereby is, reassigned, with a term to expire
December 31, 2009, and that James Burack and Ronald Grannis be, and hereby are, appointed
to the Regional Communications Advisory Board, with terms to expire December 31, 2008.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 26th day of November,A.D., 2007.
