RE: APPROVE DESIGNATION OF BROKERS / DEALERS FOR INVESTMENT OF
WELD COUNTY FUNDS
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Weld County Treasurer has requested authorization for the Brokers and
Dealers who will be investing Weld County funds, in accordance with the statutory requirements
set forth in Section 24-75-601.1(1), C.R.S., and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, deems it in
the best interest of Weld County to designate the following brokers/dealers for investment of the
funds of Weld County:

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the above and foregoing brokers and dealers be,and hereby are,designated
to handle the investment transactions for the funds of Weld County, as instructed by the Weld
County Treasurer.
