The Board having carefully considered the report of the viewers here- made in,4s well as the objections{theretq and finding the report correct as to form and believing the public good requires the laying out of the East mile of the road between Secs.32-4-68 and Sec . 5-3-68 as recommended by the viewers, it was on motion ordered that the report be approved and adopted and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers from the northeast corner to the northwest corner 5-3-68 be and is hereby declared a public highway. The mile of road on the north line of Sec. 6 is not granted on account of excessive damages wanted, . Now I can not be running out to the farm every little while to attend to this matter,nor is a notice posted where the road goes' through my land a reasonable notiue to me , living as I do in Denver. - I desire to call the attention of your Board to these facts and to add that I will consent to the road going through my land for the sum of . 200 .00. I think this is a reasonably sum in view of the' facts that the road will cut my farm in two parts,will necessitate my building a mile of fence,will occupy four acres of ground and will not be of benefit to me.
