The applicant for USR-15785, Union Pacific Railroad Company do Gregg Larsen for Darrel and Christina
Felton ATM Auto Sales have not submitted the items outlined below to be addressed prior to the Board of
County Commissioners. The Department of Planning Services is requesting that these three items be
moved to prior to recording the plat.
1. Prior to scheduling the Board of County Commissioners Hearing:
A. The applicant shall submit a Landscape/Screening Plan in compliance with Section 23-3-
250.A.5 of the Weld County Code to the Department of Planning Services. (Department
of Planning Services)
B. The applicant shall provide the Department of Planning Services with documentation as
to how the outside storage will be screened per Section 23-3-250.A.9 of the Weld County
Code. (Department of Planning Services)
C. The applicant shall submit a detailed signage plan to the Department of Planning
Services. The applicant shall review the sign code in Sections 23-4-60 through 23-4-120
including appendix 23-C, 23-D and 23-E. (Department of Planning Services)
