RESOLUTION
RE: CORRECTED RESOLUTION DATED JUNE 3, 1981 REGARDING THE
SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 138 - TOM WORTH AND CHARITY
E. WORTH

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
o Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County
Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering

the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado adopted a Resolution on June 3 , 1981 granting the
request of Tom Worth and Charity E. Worth for Subdivision
Exemption No. 138, an exemption from the definitions of
"subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) ,
CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 of the Weld County
Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the legal description in Subdivision Exemption
No. 138 was incorrectly stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Tom Worth and
Charity E. Worth are owners of a certain parcel of land located
in part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 1 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day
of June, A.D. , 1981.
