I am writing to inform you that Metrocall,Inc.has determined that the paging transmitter system
located at 40-23-9.9/104-44-12.9 and associated to the Lease listed below no longer suits the needs of our
system. The transmitter,lines and antennas were removed from the site in November 2006.
Please accept this letter as Metrocall's thirty(30)day written notice of our intent to terminate our
tenancy in accordance with the Lease Agreement. The termination date will be March 31,2007. To satisfy
the termination ability in the Lease Agreement the final payment will be May 1,2007.
