are enclosing two copies of our division order for your execution and return. EnCana Oil
& Gas (USA) Inc. will be disbursing for all oil and gas on this well. If you are currently
in a pay status on existing wells within the same spacing unit (T3N-R66W-Section 20:
S/2 NW/4 &N/2 SW/4), EnCana will place your interest in the new well/formation in a
pay status unless you advise us of a reason to suspend or transfer your interest. Please
sign in accordance with the enclosed instructions and return one copy in the metered,
self-addressed envelope provided. Please retain the other copy for your files.

The undersigned certifies the ownership of the decimal interest in production or proceeds as described above payable by
EnCana Oil &Gas(USA)Inc. (EnCana).
EnCana shall be notified, in writing,of any change in ownership, decimal interest,or payment address. All such changes shall
be effective the first day of the month following receipt of such change.
EnCana is authorized to withhold payment pending resolution of a title dispute or adverse claim asserted regarding the
interest in production claimed herein by the undersigned. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and reimburse EnCana any
amount attributable to an interest to which the undersigned is not entitled.
EnCana may accrue proceeds until the total amount equals$25.00, or pay annually, whichever occurs first, or as required by
applicable state statute.
This Division Order does not amend any lease or operating agreement between the undersigned and the lessee or operator
or any other contracts for the purchase of oil or gas.
In addition to the terms and conditions of this Division Order, the undersigned and EnCana may have certain statutory rights
under the laws of the state in which the property is located.

This Division Order should not be altered in any way unless accompanied by documentary evidence to support
the change.
IF YOUR DIVISION ORDER INCLUDES AN EXHIBIT"A", DO NOT REMOVE THE EXHIBIT"A" FROM THE
COPY RETURNED TO THIS OFFICE.
If your name and interest are correctly shown:
