I have known Bob &Karen Lovewell for approximately 20 years. Lovewell Fence, 3693 WCR 6, Erie CO., has a designated parking area in their back yard for there employees. This specific work area is always kept clean,tidy and clear of debris. The hours of employment are 7:00 a.m. to 6 or 7:00 p.m. I enjoy working at Lovewell Fence and have had no problems of any kind. We live 4 houses east of Bob & Karen Lovewell, who own Lovewel Fence company. We have lived here for over ten years. The Lovewells have operated their fence company from their home this entire time, and the fact that they have a business there presents no nuisance or inconvenience to the neighborhood at all. Their property is neat and clean, and their business causes no more increase in traffic than anyone else in the neighborhood. Site is 2 acres.We know because we were the orginal owners of this property. The site is not large enough for materials stored on property. Also there is horses on property taken up about 1/2 of acreage. 2. Site yard is not graveled or paved causing when wet to have mud carried on Rd. 6 when trucks come out of yard. 3. Welding shop is built on far east side of lot, next to our fence, not 10 ft.from property line. A new concrete slab is poured next to fence line. also lean material after welding on fence. 4. Employees cars&trucks are in and out all time of days and nights.they have also in the past tied barking dogs to fence while they were working. • 5. Horses have been left on property unattended for 3 or 4 days weekly. 6. Welding nights with flood lights on..lights are left on for days while owner is gone. 7.No restrooms for men&women employees. If supposed to be using their house they still use outside in plain view 8 Welding outside of front shop with no safety equipment or supervision 9. Load trucks before 7o clock in morning,fork lift backup beeper on while loading truck at all hrs. 10. Owner and employees shoot on property and have caused serveal windows ahot out. 11.
