Box 751 Greeley, Colorado 80632 Re: Vacating lots in Briggsdale Hearing set for .12-2-81 Dear Sirs: I am in receipt of your letter concerning the vacating of certain streets in Briggsdale and the hearing in that re- gard to be held on December 2, 1981 . It is my understanding that the vacating would close off routes to lots I own. Thus, I would be deprived of access to my property. This would certainly be a great disadvantage to me and an infringement on my right to own property. Therefore, I am definitely opposed to any action which would in any way deprive me of free and open access to my lots, and would ask that you not consider such request further. It hardly seems practical for me to come from Missouri to Colorado for the hearing. My uncle, N .A. Magnuson, plans to attend the meeting on my behalf, and I am giving him full power to represent me and my interest at the hearing . Please recognize him in that capacity. Thank you very much.
