Home My WebLink About840793.tiff RESOLUTION RE: DENY MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 885 - TERRY AND TINA MAXWELL WHEREAS , the Board of County Conunissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on the 6th day of June, 1984, considered the request of Terry and Tina Maxwell to place one mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows : Lot A Recorded Exemption 617, located in Part of the 3W4, Section 17 , Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be denied. SW 1/4 sec . 17 , T . 5n , Rt . 66w. We feel that the best interest for us as land owners and for the county is not to allow mobile homes to be brought into this area . If one is allowed then there are usually more to follow. We feel that we have a high quality area and we would like to keep it that way . With the trend of the city of Greeley moving west we feel that they too would like to maintain these high quality areas .
