I am not sure what I need to fill out on the form or what documentation you require. I have attached some profiles from 2005, 2006, and 2007. If you have the time, could we talk and you let me know what you would like in the future. The value determined for 2007 has increase, due to increases in land values in Milliken. The improvement value for 2007 has remained the same as the 2006 protest results.
