Dear Bethany,
It has been over six years that I ask for your help to make my existence with
neighbors ( the Kline Property) livable. As the owners, Robert Kline and Roseli
Tavenner passed on, her daughter moved unto the property, things have gotten worse,
with camper trailers moved on. Since then, I have requested your help again and
again in getting the property cleaned up and the animals taken care of and trailers not
lived in.
Finally in 2006, it was brought to the attention of the Courts. Thanks. I believe
you said that trailers were to.be removed and the animals taken care of. My last
conversation to you ; Cheri was to go to jail February, 2007 if the property was not
cleaned up and the trailers removed.
This is now March 19, 2007. I wish you were here today to take more pictures!
Nothing has been done, except for the dumpster being picked up last week, after over
a year Now the trash is on the ground She still lives in the trailer Frankly I do not
know how she survived the winter, except for her husband, Don Criswell. Is her legal
name Criswell or Tavenner? Even my Water line froze this winter, It was a hard winter
here. Although I feel empathy for her, she is able bodied and could hold down a job.
I have offered help. Refused. Offered pasture for that poor horse, penned up,
and no manure removed over six years. Refused!. I have offered to buy the property
and pay the legal fees. Refused.
It is apparent that Weld County believes the stories of hardship and is not doing
anything to bring accountability. I do thank you for making an effort, but now more
needs to be done in a timely manner.
Please call me when you receive this letter. Thank you.
AiSincerely
, 1 fig l/.
