Thank you for all of your help on our proposed PUD. I understand that I
need to determine the type of residential zoning I am requesting for this PUD with
any requested modifications. I have reviewed the residential zoning code and
would like to request that the Lone Tree Estates be zoned as estate lots with a
modification to the animal limit portion of the code. As this is a very rural area
and the acreage parcels as proposed are close to eight acres I would like to
request that the limit on cattle be increased to 2 head per acre.
