Home My WebLink About20070286.tiff 1j RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE RELEASEOF LIENS FOR CERTAIN DESCRIBEDPROPERTIES LOCATED IN WELD COUNTYCHAMBERSTRACTSSUBDIVISIONWATERANDSEWERLOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2003-1 WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,by resolution on February 19, 2003, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, made an assessment for cost of improvements for Weld County Chambers Tracts Subdivision Water and Sewer Local Improvement District No. 2003-1, against owners of properties included within said district, and WHEREAS,on March 6, 2003,the above described resolution was recorded with the Weld County Clerk and Recorder at Reception No. 3039400, constituting liens against said properties, and WHEREAS,certain owners of said properties have paid the entire amount of said liens,with said owners and their properties being shown on Exhibit"A",a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS,after review,the Board deems it advisable to release the above mentioned liens against those properties listed in Exhibit "A".
