RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Allen DeBelly be appointed to said board, to
replace Hannah Dreiling;that Jordan Kreutzer be appointed to said board,to replace Tom Bledsoe;
that Donna MacDonald be appointed to said board, to replace Donald Johnston, and that Kurt
Humphrey be appointed to said board as the FFA Chapter Representative,to replace Ash Janssen,
and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Russ Groshans, Brian Allmer,Scott Pruett,and
Glenn Ledall be reappointed to said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Russ Groshans, Brian Allmer,Scott Pruett,and Glenn Ledall be,and hereby
are, reappointed to the Fair Board, with terms to expire September 30, 2010.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Allen DeBelly, Jordan Kreutzer, and Donna MacDonald, be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Fair Board,with terms to expire September 30, 2010, and that Kurt Humphrey be,
and hereby is, appointed to the Fair Board, with a term to expire September 30, 2008.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 24th day of September, A.D., 2007.
