RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH
COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical
Center, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Richard Boettcher be reappointed to said board,
and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Ryan Mayeda be appointed to said board to
replace Robert Hessler, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Richard Boettcher to said board,with
a term to expire January 12,2010, and to appoint Ryan Mayeda to said board,with a term to expire
January 12, 2010.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Richard Boettcher be, and hereby is, reappointed to the North Colorado
Medical Center Board of Trustees, with a term to expire January 12, 2010.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board,that Ryan Mayeda be,and hereby is appointed
to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center,with a term to expire January 12,2010.
