RE: RE-APPOINTMENT OF VIRTUS D. EINSPAHR, MARION RICHTER AND SAM
FLETCHER TO THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, three vacancies currently exist on the Uniform
Building Code Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Virtus D. Einspahr,
Marion Richter and Sam Fletcher be re-appointed to said Board
for terms to expire December 31, 1983 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to re-
appoint Virtus D. Einspahr, Marion Richter and Sam Fletcher to
the Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Virtus D. Einspahr,
Marion Richter and Sam Fletcher be, and hereby are, re-appointed
to the Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals for terms to
expire December 31, 1983 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
January, A. D. , 1981.
