SUBJECT: Withdrawal of USR-1565 Request: Tom Hellerich of Winters, Hellerich& Hughes, LLC on behalf of TARH E and P Holdings L.P. is proposing to withdraw case #USR-1565 (oil and gas production facilities) in the A(Agricultural) Zone District USR-1565 Background: USR-1565 was originally scheduled to be heard on November 8, 2006. It was continued multiple times to allow the applicant to finalize an agreement with the surface owner. The applicant has decided to change the location of the proposed oil and gas production facility(two oil and gas wells) to an adjacent property (under separate ownership) and has applied for a separate USR application(under a new USR#) for this facility. The Department of Planning Services is in support of this request. Dear Chris: Please accept this letter as our request on behalf of the applicant, TARN E and P Holdings, L.P. to withdraw the prior application for an oil and gas production facility for three wells, in the R-1 District, USR Permit 1565.
