Dear Mr. Legg:
Weld County Records indicate that this kennel was originally approved
as Case #SUP-103:71:19. The original applicant was Joe Satterfield
and Adolph Anderson.
The original kennel permit was approved for a maximum of two-hundred
(200) dogs. To exceed this number of dogs, a Use by Special Review
Permit would be required. Please contact the Department of Planning
Services to obtain a building permit for the structure (burned-out
trailer) described in your letter.
Please contact the Weld County Health Department to determine that this
kennel is in compliance with all applicable County and State Health laws.
