sixty(60)day requirement With the Utility Board review scheduled for Thursday January
11,2007 and the date of Wednesday February 28, 2007 for the County Commissioners to
hear the case I feel that this extra time will you to make a very good presentation on behalf
of Distant Thunder P.U.D.
