Gentlemen:We have been advised that it is proposed to relocate the road which crosses both legs of the wye at Carr to a point about 235 feet from the center line of our main track. The people in the vicinity of Carr have agreed to do the necessary grading but it will be necessary to install about 60 feet of 12" corrugated iron pipe to provide the necessary drainage. Would be glad to have you advise whether or not the relocation of this road as proposed will meet with the approval of the Board of County Commissioners, and if so, we will request authority to abandon the present road and install crossings at the proposed new locations, providing the County will furnish the corrugated iron pipe referred to above.
