Dear Sirs:
Will you be at the meeting in Nunn on July 19?
Powertech has yet to answer some very serious concerns that those of us that live in
Northern Colorado have. Are you aware of the poor track record that Powertech has?
Sincerely,
Allison Berry

Show your support for prohibiting uranium mining in Northern Colorado by wearing a nunnglow t-shirt
you've ordered from www.nunnglow.com or a plain black or yellow t-shirt to the Open House.

Coloradoans Against Resource Destruction discovered some open well casings on Sunday, July 15,
2007 at the NW corner of the intersection of WCR 19 and 96. This is the SW corner of Section 3, T8N,
R67W. Further research finds this property to be owned by Powertech Uranium Corporation. Weld
County Department of Health and Environment as well as the Colorado Department of Natural
Resources were notified. The well casings are now covered in a more appropriate manner. Is this an
example of how Powertech Uranium Corporation protects the health, safety and welfare of Northern
Colorado residents? We think this is just further proof that our water supplies are at risk.
More exploratory drilling was begun on Monday, July 16th in Section 9, T9N, R67W. See the attached
photos of the open well casings and the drilling rigs. Exploratory drilling for uranium has been proven
to contaminate water supplies in Goliad County Texas.
Coloradoans Against Resource Destruction urges our local, state and federal elected officials to take a
stand to protect Coloradoans from the toxic effects of in-situ leaching for uranium. Water used for
domestic use, irrigation and livestock is at risk of toxic heavy metal and radiation poisoning.
Come to the Open House at the Nunn Town Hall, in Nunn, Colorado on Thursday, July 19th from 4pm -
7pm. Coloradoans Against Resource Destruction will have information explaining how uranium mining
is unsafe, unclean and unwanted in Norther Colorado.
