EXHIBIT 2007-0416 0S(2, 15x1 LIGHTING PLAN JODY MEYER CATTERY BUSINESS USR 1587 Lights attached to the exterior of the cattery (current hobby room and future addition) will be similar to exhibit A. They will be used to light the entry doors, south yard, and will aid in lighting the parking area and areas where people will be walking. The lights used will be standard residential type lighting and will be very attractive. Lights not attached to any buildings will be similar to exhibit B. They will be mounted to the top of the post and rail type fence posts currently being used in this subdivision. Some new fencing will be installed to mount the lights on. These lights will be wired and use 20 watt G4 halogen lamps. They will provide light to the driveways and parking areas and walkways without being too bright or obnoxious to my neighbors. Several of my neighbors have similar lighting lining their driveways and walkways so my lighting will fit in appropriately. The sign light will be a small spot light similar to exhibit C. It uses a 10 watt G4 halogen lamp and will not be aimed in the direction of any neighbors. It is my intent to make the sign and all lighting very tasteful and beautiful to match the rest of my cattery plans.
