RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF NANCY FOX-CLEMENT TO EXTENSION ADVISORY
COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Extension Advisory Council, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Nancy Fox-Clement be appointed to said board
as an additional member representative, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Nancy Fox-Clement to said board,with
a term to expire February 1, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado, that Nancy Fox-Clement be,and hereby is,appointed to the Extension Advisory
Council, with a term to expire February 1, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 27th day of August, A.D., 2007.
