RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 531 - DOUGLAS D. LUCKEY
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statutes and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Douglas D. Luckey has applied to the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to
place a mobile home on the following described real estate,
as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 23rd day of December, 1981, considered the
request of Douglas D. Luckey for a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows :
Lot 6 , Block 48, Aristocrat Ranchette,
a subdivision located in Section 27 ,
Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Douglas D. Luckey for permission to place a mobile home as
a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land
be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd
day of December, A. D. , 1981.

Certification of Compliance
Temporary Use During Construction of Residence
I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the conditions of this Zoning
Permit which are as follows:
1. The temporary permit for occupancy of the mobile home shall be
issued for a period of six months. The permit may be renewed by the
Department of Planning Services for two additional six month periods
upon a determination by staff that construction of the permanent
dwelling is being pursued with diligence.
2. Any extension beyond the above eighteen (18) month period may
he granted only by the Board of County Commissioners after review
at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board. In its review of an
application, the Board of County Commissioners shall consider the
good faith efforts of the applicant to pursue construction dili-
gently and any unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances which may
have delayed completion of construction, requiring the extension.
3. Mobile homes permitted as a temporary use during construction
of a permanent residence shall he removed within thirty (30) days
after the permanent residence has been occupied.
Further, I, the undersigned, meet the following conditions which are
required to be eligible for this permit.
1. The applicant must have a current building permit for the con-
struction of a permanent dwelling on the same lot.
2. Construction of the permanent dwelling shall commence within
ninety (90) days of issuance of the temporary permit for the mobile
home and shall be diligently pursued.
3. The applicant must demonstrate that adequate water and sewage
disposal facilities are available.
