RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF LUCILLE MANTELLI TO THE WORKFORCE
DEVELOPMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Workforce Development Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Lucille Mantelli be appointed to said board as
an additional large business representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Lucille Mantelli to said board, with a
term to expire December 31, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that Lucille Mantelli be, and hereby is,appointed to the Workforce Development
Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 19th day of September, A.D., 2007.
