The response to Paragraph C of your letter is: There is not a noise restriction in tie agricultural zone district. The response to Paragraph D of your letter is: This response is complex. Properties 11760, 11790, 11822 were addressed prior to 1990. Property 11830 was addressed in 2003 and 11670 accesses directly off CR 49. 24779, 2428, 24948, all are addressed off CR 24.75. George Jones May 8, 2007 Page 2 County Road 24.75 is considered a Private Road. Planning suggests a directory be posted at the entry off CR 49 by the people who reside on CR 24.75. If you and your neigh rs should decide to petition the Board of County Commissioners after completion of the requirement f the County Code, the properties on 24.75 could be re-addressed. April 24, 2007 4 t Robert D. Masden 1313 0 `"o Weld County Commissioner to fi, G V O N Robert Masden, I believe you are the commissioner for the area I live in. I have some questions I would like resolved. A. I would like to know the criteria for Weld County to maintain a dirt road. I live on an unmarked road. There are eight other houses on the road, totaling nine. The road is about 1 .7 miles north of road 22, and goes % mile east of road 49. The county does not maintain the road. In adverse weather we have no access to fire or emergency services. Twice this winter we were all stuck at home. We were unable to get anywhere. Driving in or out was not possible for two days each time. Repeated calls to Weld County did not help. I notice county equipment plowing roads with no homes on some roads. There are some school age children in some of the homes on the road. B. Some homes in this area have numerous parked, apparently disabled vehicles. What are the restrictions for vehicles and junk areas? C. There seem to be no noise restrictions in this area. This has recently become a problem with the increased population here. Are there noise laws for this area? D. I am familiar with Weld County Road Code used to locate addresses. It seems the code does not work here. On various occasions I have seen emergency response teams, both fire and emergency squads go into one or more dirt roads here looking for an address. I have had Sheriff Deputies, fire trucks and ambulances stop and ask for an address. What can be done to correct this? Thank you, George L. Jones 11740 WC RD 49 Hudson, CO. 80642 Hello
