RE : RE-APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS AND ASSOCIATE MEMBER OF THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Board of
Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the following people
be re-appointed to serve as members and associate member of
the Board of Adjustment:
Term to Expire
District 2 : Marion Richter December 31, 1984
At-Large: Charles Erickson December 31, 1984
Associate Member
At-Large: Mark Weston December 31, 1984
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners desires to
re-appoint the above mentioned people as members and associate
member to the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above mentioned
people be, and hereby are, re-appointed as members and associate
member to the Board of Adjustment for the terms to expire on
December 31, 1984.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st
day of December, A. D. , 1981.
