RE: ACCEPT ASSESSED VALUATION OF ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY AND MASTER
PROTEST LOG - REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Assessor's Office has presented a report of total assessed
valuation of all taxable real and personal property and the Master Protest Log to the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said documents, copies
of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the report of total assessed valuation of all taxable real and personal
property and Master Protest Log from the Weld County Assessor's Office be, and hereby is,
accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 9th day of July, A.D., 2007.

As required by C.R.S. 39-8-105(1) and (2), I am submitting the total assessed valuation of
taxable real and personal property for the 2007 assessment year to you for your review.
In addition, I am sending you the listing of all persons who protested their real property
valuation to the Assessor during May, 2007, those who protested their personal property
valuation and our decisions in each of these protests. Finally, I am sending you the list of
personal property accounts for which no declaration schedule was received.
