Subject: South 60' of the NWP4, Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 68 West
Seenore Heights, Petitioners Lew and Lucille Williams
A title search of said property was made by Stewart Title and their opinion was
that said property was not a dedicated road. (see attached copy)
Petitioners Lew and Lucille Williams were informed of the information from
Stewart Title and have since gone to the developer and received a Quit Claim
Deed (see attached) to said property.
All problems should now be resolved and said property returned to the tax roll.
The Williams' should be notified in writing of this decision as requested in
their letter of August 19, 1980.

Gentlemen:
We have a problem which we would like to have you hand down
a written decision.
We have lived here 16 years and Mr Williams has maintained the
road easement on the south of our property as to weeds etc.
When we first moved here the easement was a lovers lane and the
care were up and down there riding all thru our hay field all
hours of the night. It was a horrible mess of cans, beer bottles,
etc.
We talked to several of the commissioners at that time and they
gave us permission to put a fence across the easement with a gate
so that the utilities and the county could have access at any time.
This we did and everything has been fine until tonight when the
neighbor boys with their motorbikes approached us on riding down
the easement and on our hay field. Mr williams explained the
situation to them hopefully that they will not try to do it.
The first 300 ft of this easement is graveled because it was used
for a school bus turn around. The gate starts 300 ft west of
Elmore Rd. We keep both sides of this easement frre of weeds,
cans and bottles left by those who park here after dark and have
their partys.
This easement stops at the creek as the platt from your office
shows. Ne have kept all of the weeds and thistles out of this
area and asked no compensation for the work. We understand that
you gave the Widgers permission to fence half of the easement next
to their property for their cattle. This seems to be the same
situation.
We offered to buy strip west of the 300 ft that is graveled but
was turned down at that time. We would still make an offer if it
is available.
We would like to have this decision in writing as soon as possible
for our own protection. Will you please help us? Thank you,

part of Emily Road in the Seemore Heights Subdivision (see attached map)
