RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING OF RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR HOTEL
AND RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE FROM RJML, LLC, DBA LA MARAVILLA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, RJML, LLC, dba La Maravilla, presented to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,an application forthe renewal of a Hotel and Restaurant
Liquor License, for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 26th day of February, 2007, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter until after the upcoming work
session scheduled for March 5, 2007 regarding various concerns, and
WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue this matter to March 7, 2007, at
9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the renewal application for a hotel and restaurant liquor license, presented
by RJML, LLC, dba LaMaramilla, be, and hereby is, continued to March 7, 2007, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 26th day of February, A.D., 2007.
