I enjoyed meeting you and Lauren yesterday and look forward to working with you. I went over your plan briefly with my partner, Ted Shipman. Our initial impression was that it looks fine to us and we do not perceive any conflicts relating to our proposed residential development on the approximately 600 acres north of your site. Your school appears to be a good first step in enhancing the look along WCR 2. I'll let you know if we have any questions, and by the same token, please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions about our plans.
