The amount of ROW for County Road 58.5 should read "60—vs. "30".
The legal description as shown reads: "W20A NW4" - I am not sure what that means exactly. You could have it
read "Part NW4"
I would make the USR boundary a bit darker.
That is all that I have.

1) The USR plat indicates that 30-feet(the north half of CR 58.5) is to be dedicated by the plat. Book&
Page information re: the status of the County Road 58.5 right-of-way needs to be indicated on the plat
(that it is only 30-feet vs. 60-feet). Are you sure that there is only 30-feet of right-of-way for CR 58.5 in
that location?? Let me know, because if so, I will need to contact Leon Sievers (our County Surveyor)in
regards to dedication language for the road right-of-way.
2) Vicinity Map—the nearest North-South county road should be labeled on the vicinity map.
3) The names of the property owner should be printed out on the signature block.
4) The boundary lines for the USR should be made thicker to clearly distinguish them.
5) Legal description (at least what part of what 1/2 or 1/4 section it is located within)should be indicated.

6) Line up "Use by Special Review Permit"with "Development Standards"above the plat development
standards/notes.
