As a customer service to Colorado counties, we would like to inform you of documentation submitted by
Front Range Tire Recycle, Inc. regarding the location and use of tire bales placed on the following
property(s) in your county:

A letter from your county was included with the documentation from Front Range Tire, dated February 3,
2005, indicating permits and/or certifications are not required for the above use of tire bales. Please note,
since the county has indicated the use of tire bales at the above location(s) is a legal use, the county will not
be eligible for the Waste Tire Cleanup Grant Program for the above property(s).
