noted that the Surface Estate is owned by the Larry G. Kammerzell Revocable
Trust (1/2) and the Florance E. Kammerzell Revocable Trust (1/2). Larry
Kammerzell executed a Valve Site Contract in favor of Associated Natural

predecessor in title to Duke Energy Field Services although I find nothing of
record in Weld County to support that fact.
2. The mineral ownership shown above was based on examination of certain
recorded instruments in the Weld County Clerk and Recorder's Office as
reflected by the Tract Index in the offices of Transnation Title Insurance
• Company in Greeley, Colorado. In addition, the records of the Weld County

Assessor's Office were also examined. Please understand that this report does
• not represent a complete search of the records from Patent to the present,
although we did go back to Patent to complete the Grantor/Grantee search.
In accordance with previous instructions, a more complete search of the
records for mortgages, deeds of trust, public trustee deeds, foreclosures, court
records, tax sales, and redemptions, and other documents that might adversely
affect the title, was not conducted. Therefore, this report and Wilbanks
Resources Corporation's liability must be so limited and considered
accordingly. At your request, a more thorough search from Patent to the
present covering all facets of the title can be conducted, and we would
appreciate the opportunity to do so.
3. Taxes are current; and while we did not examine the Weld County Court
Records, there is no indication of liens or pending litigation affecting the
