HomeMy WebLinkAbout20071215.tiff MEMORANDUM TO: Board of County Commissioners yule COLORADO DATE: April 11, 2007 FROM: Kim Ogle, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Alex Thao Nguyen, USR-1581 Concerns were raised at the Planning Commissioners hearing concerning the mounds/berms around the property and what type of material was located within and on the mounds. The applicant, Mr. Nguyen said it was three or four alternating layers of grass clippings covered with dirt, reaching about five feet high. The Planning Commission considered language that in effect stated , "All debris, except soil from berms, shall be removed from the property within sixty days of the Planning Commission hearing date." Given the weather over the winter months, Staff allowed for additional time for the applicant to address this issue. A site inspection was performed by Char Davis, Environmental Health and Kim Ogle, Planning on April 11, 2007 to determine if the condition has been resolved. County staff determined the condition was substantially completed and agreed to forward the case onto the Board of County Commissioners.
