((Bethany Salzman)) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-40, 23-3-40.0 and 23-3-40.R of the Weld County Code. The Commercial Business (Collision Craft, Inc.) shall be permitted or removed from the property.
