Dear Ms. Schafer:
This letter is written on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County with regard to the above-referenced escrow.
Land Title Guarantee Company has held funds in the amount of $1812 .50
in escrow pursuant to the terms of the above referenced agreement. At
this time, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County is
requesting the release of said funds, as the terms of the agreement
have been fulfilled. The check is to be made payable to Weld County,
Colorado. The funds are to be sent to the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, to 915 Tenth Street, P.O. Box 758, Greeley, Colorado.
As the amount of the total obligation was $14, 500, there will be future
payments made into the escrow and future requests for payment of those
funds to Weld County.
