RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE VACATION OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1093 -STEVEN AND
LORI STEERMAN
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,by Resolution dated November 1, 1995, the Board approved Use by Special
Review Permit#1093 fora Home Business(taxidermy business)in the A(Agricultural)Zone District
for Steven and Lori Steerman on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 2 of Country Estates Subdivision; being
part of the NW1/4 of Section 23, Township 1 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS,the Board has received a request from Jose Bermudez,current property owner,
to vacate said Use by Special Review Permit#1093, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements
of those present,studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department
of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having
been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Use by Special Review Permit#1093 be, and hereby is, vacated.

The Department of Planning Services has received the attached letter dated March 12, 2007
from Jose Bermudez. Mr. Bermudez is requesting that USR-1093 for a Home Business
(taxidermy business) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District be vacated.
Background information:
Legal Description: Lot 7 Block 2 of County Estate being part of the NW4 of Section 23,
Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
Location: East of and adjacent to Matthews Avenue and approximately A mile north
