RE: DECLARATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN NEW RAYMER AND HEREFORD
AS SURPLUS PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Conwiissioners of Weld County,
Colorado finds that the following described properties owned by
Weld County are no longer needed for governmental purposes :
Lots 2 , 3 , 4, Block 8 , New Raymer, Colorado
and
Lots 5, 6 , 7, and 8 , Block 4 , Hereford, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to declare the above
described properties as surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above described
properties located in New Raymer, Colorado and Hereford, Colo-
rado be, and hereby are, declared to be surplus property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
April, A.D. , 1980 , nunc pro tunc March 5, 1980.
