RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN,
PF #600, FOR NINE (9) LOTS WITH E (ESTATE) ZONE USES, ONE (1) COMMON
OPEN SPACE OUTLOT, AND CONTINUING OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION, DISTANT
THUNDER PUD -JZM, LLC, C/O JOHN AND MARY ZADEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 28th day of
February,2007,at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of JZM, LLC, c/o John and Mary Zadel, 4200 Weld County Road 19, Fort Lupton,
Colorado 80621,fora Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan,
PF #600, for nine (9) lots with E (Estate) Zone uses, one (1) common open space outlot, and
continuing oil and gas production-Distant Thunder PUD,on the following described real estate,to-
wit:
Part of the S1/2 of Section 10, Township 1 North,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS,at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week
to allow adequate time for Department of Public Health and Environment staff to review the revised
plat and Covenants, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed,finds that this matter should
be continued to March 7, 2007, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is,continued to March 7,2007,
at 10:00 a.m.
