FOR A HOME BUSINESS(MANUFACTURINGSTEEL FRAMES FOR STEEL WASHERS)
IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT -JUSTIN AND ANDREA DAVIS
A public hearing was conducted on March 7, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner David E. Long, Chair
Commissioner William H. Jerke, Pro-Tem
Commissioner William F. Garcia
Commissioner Robert D. Masden
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher
Also present:

County Attorney, Bruce Barker
Planning Department representative, Chris Gathman
Health Department representative, Char Davis
Public Works representative, Donald Carroll
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated January 26, 2007, and duly published January 31,
2007, in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted on February 14, 2007, to consider
the request of Justin and Andrea Davis for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special
Review Permit#1580 for a Home Business (manufacturing steel frames for steel washers) in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District. At said hearing, at the request of the applicant, the Board deemed
it advisable to continue the matter to March 7, 2007, when the applicant could be in attendance.
On March 7, 2007, Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, stated the applicants are not in attendance due
to confusion regarding the scheduled hearing time. He stated there are no outstanding issues with
this case and recommended a one-week continuance.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Jerke moved to continue the request of Justin and Andrea Davis for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1580 for a Home Business (Manufacturing
Steel Frames for Steel Washers) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to March 14, 2007, at
10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Rademacher, and it carried unanimously.
There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:25 a.m.
