IRRIGATED NON - IRRIGATED S\/ DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST This Request for Subdivision Exemption is being submitted to obtain approval for or ratification of a division of property which occurred in part prior to August 30, 1972 and in part after that date. In 1960, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Glover gave a tract of land consisting of approximately one (1)acre. to Mr. Eugene G. Glover. Eugene Glover is the brother is of Ernest Glover. No conveyance was recorded at the time of that gift in 1960, however by Deed dated April 18, 1974, that gift was documented by deed and that deed recorded in Book 716, under reception #1637550, Weld County records. On November 23, 1981, Mr.and Mrs. Ernest Glover sold an additional contiguous parcel consisting of approximately 2 acres to Eugene G. Glover and his wife Ruby Glover. This additional parcel adjoins and is contiguous with the parcel previously given to Eugene G. Glover in 1960. That sale occurring in November, 1981, was by Installment Contract, which contract has not been recorded to date. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene G. Glover have been since, approximately 1960, residing on the property given to them by Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Glover. The purpose of this application is simply to confirm the gift and sale which has already occurred and for which no Subdivision Exemption was ever obtained. Immediately to the West ofthis property, lies agricultural ground. Immediately to the East of this property lies the Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision. Both of the adjoining properties to the North and South are essentially residential acreages. It is anticipated that if the County Commissioners grant the Subdivision Exemption, the parties will continue to use the property in the same fashion that they have been using it for the past 20 plus years, i.e. for residential use.
