This letter is to notify all Mineral Estate Owners of the hearing
set for November 21, 2006 at the Hearing Room, Weld County Planning
Department at the above address . This Hearing is in regard to the
application for a Use By Special Review, (U.S .R. ) Permit by Shawn
Sarchet, of 14016 WCR 32, Plateville, Colorado.
This U.S .R. , is for the intended development of a conference center
refired to as "Robbons & Rainbows Conference Center" . The intended
use of the facility is for a conference center with special
emphasis on weddings and wedding related events . In addition, the
site contains the "Owner' s residence. The proposed conference
center is located just west of the center on the site and provides
easy and convenient access to parking. The initial parking area
will accommodate 54 cars with future expansion to an additional 38
parking spaces . A porta-cochere at the conference center will
provide all-season access to the center. The conference center
will accommodate 75-150 people. Please see attached rendering.
