RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1574
FOR A CHURCH, CHILDCARE CENTER, AND PRIVATE SCHOOL IN THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - NEW HOPE FAMILY CHRISTIAN CHURCH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 25th day of
April, 2007, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of New Hope Family Christian Church,4951 Shenandoah Avenue, Firestone, Colorado
80509, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1574 for a
Church, Childcare Center, and Private School in the A(Agricultural) Zone District on the following
described real estate, to-wit:
Lot A of Recorded Exemption #4300; being part of
the N1/2 NW1/4 of Section 28, Township 2 North,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to grant the request of the
applicant to continue said matter to a date when a full quorum of the Board will be present, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to May 9, 2007, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 9, 2007,
at 10:00 a.m.
